Conditional leave to appeal was granted in June and he stated that the conditions -- security of costs of $12,000 being paid in and that records of the proceedings were to be sent to the Privy Council -- had been complied with. The case surrounds Grape Bay's bid to open a McDonalds franchise at the Airport. The company had the Prohibited Restaurants Act overturned but the Attorney General had the decision reversed.
