Llewellyn Peniston, 52, who faces charges of perjury, forgery and contempt of court and creditors, appeared before Magistrate Edward King yesterday at the pre-trial hearing.
But Mr. King declared that the Press should not be allowed to report details of the inquiry, which continues today.
If Mr. King finds there is a prima facie case against Mr. Peniston, he will eventually have to stand trial in the Supreme Court.
