Aubrey, 26, admitted possessing 0.1 grams of marijuana and a charge of supplying a false name when he was arrested.

Aubrey, of 34 Rosemount Avenue, Pembroke was searched by Police on December 5 on Church Street, said prosecutor Sgt. Ken James.

He was taken to Hamilton Police Station where he gave the Police a false name.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis gave Aubrey a $150 fine on the possession charge and a six-month conditional discharge for supplying a false name.
