a short form preliminary inquiry into the death of 23-year-old Umoja Spencer.

His brother, 25-year-old brother Jake Wai-zwu Spencer of Warwick, has been charged with murder as a result of the incident that took place on February 5 on Court Street.

Spencer was not required to enter a plea. The matter is to be dealt with in the Supreme Court.

Spencer, who is represented by Mr. Mark Pettingill, was remanded in custody.
