Meanwhile the Bermuda Islander arrived on Monday from Salem, New Jersey, with 89 dry and 17 refrigerated containers.

The Oleander also delivered an impressive cargo with 150 dry and 39 refrigerated containers, two maffis and two flatbeds of structural steel, six cars, and a boat.

In cruise ship news, a record 1,639 passengers, the highest number this season for Meyer Agencies, arrived in Hamilton on Monday aboard the Zenith .

The Zenith , which sails out of New York, shifted to St. George's yesterday and will leave today.

Also sailing out of New York and arriving on Monday, the Norwegian Crown's 1,212 passengers docked at Penno's Wharf, St. George's, before shifting to Hamilton on Tuesday.

Both the Norwegian Majesty and the Horizon arrived on Tuesday.

The Norwegian Majesty came out of Boston with 1,147 visitors. She leaves Ordnance Island, St. George's, tomorrow.

And the Horizon's 1,592 passengers will return to New York tomorrow afternoon.

Despite a quiet week for John S. Darrell, a spokesman said Song of America's 1,514 passengers was the highest total for this year.

The Song of America berthed at Penno's Wharf, St. George's on Tuesday, but will leave from Hamilton tomorrow.
