Harbour radio reported that the accident took place at 2.30 yesterday afternoon about 200 yards from Pennos Wharf in St. George's. The male who was going to enjoy a parasail ride from the vessel K1 , got entangled in the sail and was plucked from St. George's Harbour by Marine Police in their boat -- Heron 1 .

The victim along with someone from the K1 were dropped of safely at Dowlings Wharf by the rescuers.
