Firefighters from the Hamilton Fire Station rushed to the accident around 4:10 a.m. yesterday.

A car, which had been travelling on Middle Road in Paget near Fourways Inn, somehow became lodged in the bus stop, causing major damage to the car and the bus shelter.

Fire officials confirmed that there was no one trapped in the car, but they were needed to remove the Subaru car from the scene.

No injures were recorded and Police had no record of the incident.
