The Palestinians have stated that they are asking Christians around the world to join with them in "prayers for peace and justice in their homeland''.
The annual World Day of Prayer is a global, enumenical movement, celebrated on the first Friday in March. People from more than 170 countries unite in a common service in their own locales.
Bermuda services will be held at the following times and locations:- City of Hamilton: First Church of God, Angle Street, at 7.30 p.m. Speaker: Ms Valerie Ming.
Pembroke: Grace Methodist Church, North Shore, Pembroke.
Smith's: St. John's AME Church, Harrington Sound Road. 8 p.m.
Warwick: New Testament Church of God, Cedar Hill, Warwick, at 8 p.m.
Somerset: Methodist Church, Long Bay Lane, 8 p.m.
