The only issue trading lower and affecting the index was Belco, down 25 cents to $24.50 on volume of 260. Bank of Bermuda closed at $30, Bank of Butterfield held at $15.625 after trading of 6,000 shares and Bermuda Commercial Bank remained at $5.125.
