Police spokesman Insp. Coghlin Gibbons said the officers were driving away from a Devonshire residence in a patrol car on Wednesday evening when a rock was thrown at them from a group of youths nearby.

No damage or injury was caused, Insp. Gibbons said, but a 13-year-old was arrested and the matter was resolved.
