Government Minister for being "not funny''.

Development and Opportunity Minister Terry Lister issued the stinging rebuke in the House of Assembly last night following the publication of a cartoon in yesterday's newspaper.

The cartoon showed a black schoolboy attempting to blow up his school.

"Everybody in the country loves Perter Woolcock but today he isn't funny,'' Mr. Lister said.

"If anybody thinks he's funny today they need to get their heads examined.

He's required to give an apology to the country.''
