Kirk Mundy, 21, was committed to the Supreme Court where he will appear on October 16.

Mundy -- who is represented by Mark Pettingill -- is charged alongside 17-year-old Justis Smith who is facing a long-form preliminary inquiry on October 21.

Smith -- who is represented by Archie Warner -- is charged with the premeditated murder of Rebecca Middleton on July 3.
