Bermudiana Hotel site will have to wait another few weeks for a decision on whether they can proceed.
The Development Applications Board decided this week to defer their in-principle application pending a site visit and submission of additional information.
The decision was made following a full hearing on the proposal last Wednesday.
Members of the Corporation of Hamilton and the Bermuda National Trust were present as objectors, as well as lawyer for Hamilton Properties Limited, Mr.
Alan Dunch.
Hamilton Properties includes four nearby guest properties and the neighbouring Princess Hotel.
BFCL developers, who include Sen. the Hon. Michael Winfield, submitted the application last October.
