Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis asked Vaughn Butterfield of North Atlantic Data Services on Wesley Street if his business was going so well he thought he could afford to disobey parking rules.
in Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis asked Vaughn Butterfield of North Atlantic Data Services on Wesley Street if his business was going so well he thought he could afford to disobey parking rules.
Butterfield said he had not purposely disobeyed parking rules but had simply forgotten to move his car or buy more time.
Mr. Francis upped the 22 parking tickets to $50 each.
