Cedar Park home on Thursday night.

The robbery took place at 9.30 p.m. after the victim invited the culprit into his house earlier in the evening.

He claimed his assailant punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.

And he added the man continued to kick him in the face before removing a significant amount of cash from his pocket.

The suspect then escaped. The victim was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for facial injuries.

Police are on the look out for the suspect.
