UK minister Baroness Scotland to visit

her first visit to Bermuda next Wednesday.During the three-day trip Baroness Patricia Scotland will meet Premier Jennifer Smith, Opposition leader Pamela Gordon and attend a special joint session of Parliament on Friday.

During the three-day trip Baroness Patricia Scotland will meet Premier Jennifer Smith, Opposition leader Pamela Gordon and attend a special joint session of Parliament on Friday.

Baroness Scotland will also visit World Heritage Site hopeful St. George's and the former baselands in the East End as well as pay a visit to Dockyard and Westgate Prison in the west.

She will dine with the Premier at Camden and Governor Thorold Masefield will host a lunch and evening reception at Government House.

Baroness Scotland, a top QC in London, replaced former junior Minister Baroness Elizabeth Symons as Mininster in charge of Overseas Territories in July last year.
