dropped against Customs worker Marva Curlita Rabain. Mrs. Rabain was charged with her daughter in January after Police raided her home and found 118.5 grams of diamorphine.

But her ex-husband Vincent Victor Rabain pleaded guilty last month to importation and handling drugs and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

He told the court he had been doing work at the Somersall Road, Smith's home and had left the drugs at the home while his ex-wife and daughter, Takiysha Dzieko Rabain, were abroad.

Takiysha Rabain will still be tried on December 13 on charges of possession with intent to supply.
