A classical evening
at 7.30 p.m. in the Saltus Grammar School auditorium.
The concert, which features a mix of professional musicians and advanced students, has become a popular annual date on the musical calendar.
Director Mr. William Duncan says that the programme will be a varied one, catering to all musical tastes, and will include music by Bach and Mozart.
Lisa Wyatt, Saltus woodwind teacher, will play a saxophone jazz piece, and the Saltus Trio, consisting of Mary Longbourne, viola, and Lisa Wyatt, clarinet, with William Duncan at the piano, will play a Mozart trio.
Two Suzuki students from the Saltus Junior School, Quian Dickinson, 11, and nine year old Nicola Francis will play the first movement of Bach's Double Violin Concerto.
