Mr. Alan Burland, Mr. Buddy Franklin, Mr. Vaughn Mosher and Ms Patricia Daly are the four partners.

"Bermuda needed local expertise to deliver quality training,'' said Ms Daly.

"There is no sophisticated training done locally, unless it is a one-off affair.

"Companies are spending their money overseas to train one or two managers, when their money could go a lot further if spent locally.

"We meet with managers and employees first, to find out where they need help.

We also meet with their customers.'' The firm is associated with Learning International and is the sales representative for Bermuda and the Caribbean.

The firm was incorporated in August and at present they are working with 15 to 20 corporate clients.

The company offers a number of courses, but the core programme is designed to enhance service skills.
