Mr. Healey had previously spent five years with the company before joining Investors Bank and Trust Company in Boston, Massachusetts in 1993 as vice president irector offshore operations.

Mr. Healey is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and his particular expertise is the development and implementation of offshore fund business.

Mrs. Cherrie Hayward recently celebrated 15 years with American International Company Ltd. She is an executive secretary to the director of captives operations.
