officer, Jerry DeMartino has stepped down for medical reasons. In a short statement issued by the GlobeNet, the company said the company's chairman Mike Kedar had agreed to return as action chief executive while they searched for someone to fill the position.

Mr. Kedar founded GlobeNet in 1997 and served as chief executive officer through October 1999 and has been actively involved in the company since then.
