Tri-Gatorade event at Clearwater Beach, St.David's.

The team and individual races will comprise a 1.5 kilometre swim, 40 kilometre cycle and 10 kilometre run.

Starting at 10.00 a.m., the main event will be preceded by a junior triathlon split into two age groups for boys and girls seven to 10 years-old, and 11 to 14.

That event gets underway at 8.00 with the younger age group competing over a 100 metre swim, 5K cycle and 1K run, and the older group tackling a course which includes a 300 metre swim, 15K ride and 3K run.

Entry forms for both senior and junior races can be picked up and dropped off at the Sportseller and the New Winners Edge.

Closing date for junior entries is Thursday with no late entries being accepted.

Entry deadline for the senior event has already passed but late entries ($60 per team, $25 per individual) will be accepted this week.
