Titterton, will speak at this year's Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) conference.

The 22nd annual conference is being held this week in Tucson, Arizona. This year's theme is "CICA for a better industry'' and Mr. Anfossi and Mr.

Titterton will be among a strong contingent of Bermuda insurance business representatives attending.

Mr. Anfossi and Mr. Titterton will be moderator and speaker respectively at a workshop entitled Accounting Issues Affecting Captives. They will be joined by Mr. David Martin a partner from the Phoenix office of Deloitte & Touche.

"Mr. Titterton will be explaining the new Bermuda insurance regulations and how they affect the different class of captive insurance business,'' according to a release from Deloitte & Touche, Bermuda.

CICA is based in New York and the conference is open to members and invited guests.

The organisation's focus is the provide members with a forum to improve their management and operating skills for their captive insurance companies.

The conference consists of lectures, legislative updates and workshops.

Attendees are all senior executives and professionals and the conference is kept small to allow the members time for private discussions, networking and meeting fellow insurance executives.
