Responding to an enquiry from The Royal Gazette about the recent incorporation notice for Kirk Management Ltd., the Bank of Bermuda said it had entered into a "unique'' joint venture agreement with the the firm.

"Part of the arrangement includes the purchase of commercial property for the sole use of the W.P. Stewart group,'' senior vice president of corporate trust David Smith said. "We hope to be able to provide further details about the venture within a month.''
