Bermuda and Bank of Butterfield crept back from some of the losses suffered over the past month.

The index closed at 1,567.95 at the end of the week on five day volume of 48,915 shares valued at about $1.11 million. Bank of Bermuda gained 75 cents to close at $36. Bank of Butterfield gained 38 cents to close at $16.13.
