Board of Directors of Bermuda Home Ltd., the mortgage and deposit company, has approved a 10 percent increase in the quarterly common share dividend, effective the quarter ending December 31, 1995.

The quarterly dividend rises to 11 cents per share and the per annum dividend rises from 40 cents to 44 cents per share.

The directors also declared a dividend of 20 cents per share on the 8% Non-Cumulative Convertible Preferred Shares to shareholders of record January 17.
