Chips, the local computer company which recently closed its public offering, saw its shares traded on the exchange on Wednesday last week to close at $6.50, on a volume of 1,000.
The index closed at 1,158.80 -- gaining 16.94 points. The exchange index was up by 1.55 percent.
A volume of 58,406 shares were traded, with a total value of $1.2 million. A volume of 42,000 bonds, worth $45.045, were traded. The previous week, the exchange saw no bond trading activity. The total value of stock and bonding trading during the week ending March 4 was $1,271,211.
