The Explorer Programme is a division of the Boy Scouts of America which allows young men and women age 14 to 21 to explore various careers. US Customs sponsors Explorer Post 2107.

On the Florida trip, Explorers are to receive training towards earning a badge.

A spaghetti dinner to help raise funds is planned for Friday at the Community Centre at the US Naval Air Station. The cost is $5 for adults and $2.50 for children and the public is welcome.

Those interested in attending should telephone Explorer Advisor Mr. Bruce Coulliette at 293-0353 by 5 p.m. on Thursday to make reservations.

The Explorers are also planning a flea market at the front gate of the Base on Saturday, March 11.

It begins at 10 a.m. and is open to the public. Vendors from off or on the Base can arrange to have a table by telephoning Mr. Coulliette.
