The 36-year-old was not required to answer the charges in Magistrates Court yesterday.

But his lawyer, Mark Pettingill, arranged a pre-trial review for October 28.

Mr. Pettingill said he would call an expert witness for the long-form preliminary inquiry.

He said she had repaid what she had stolen and had also suffered by losing her job.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis fined her $300 for each charge.
