Olympia competition will be arriving in Bermuda on July 1.

During his stay, which Successories of Bermuda is hosting, he will deliver a motivational address at St. Paul Centennial Hall at 8.00 p.m.

He will also direct a bodybuilding and fitness workshop which will encompass training advice on such topics as proper form and technique, mental conditioning, nutrition and supplements.

The motivational address will cost $38. Tickets are available from Successories at 295-4111 or 27th Century Boutique.

The bodybuilding workshop will last four hours and will take place at the Belmont Hotel's lower lawn from 10.00 a.m.-2.00 p.m. on July 1.
