Featuring the original play "My Children! My Children!'', written by Ms Patricia Pogson, the show will run every Thursday during the month.

"My Children! My Children'' is a story about adults who take a day off and leave the children to run the country. It was inspired by a play written by Mr. Jah Simmons called "One of the Family''. Mr. Nadonja Bailey co-wrote that play.

The show has 45 performers with Mr. Simmons and Mr. Bailey holding lead parts.

The Road Show which will open at the Clock tower building in Dockyard.

It will then play at PHC Stadium on July 13, followed by Bernard Park on July 20, and at King's Square in St.George's on July 27.

All the shows were scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and run for approximately two hours. There will be free admission and spectators have been invited to bring a picnic supper.

Ms Pogson said she hoped the Road Show would influence students to take part in the musical theatre classes that Black Box Performance Workshops will hold in September.

"I hope the children will want to be part of the classes so that we can do an even better show next year,'' she said.
