for his mom, Miss Cindy Burgess of Cox's Hill, Pembroke. Baby Leo Edward arrived at the maternity ward of King Edward VII Memorial Hospital at 8.35 a.m. yesterday. He might still have appeared in 1993, but was a couple of days late. Leo, who weighed in at eight pounds and two ounces, is named after daddy Mr. Leo Edward Richardson, a construction worker.
