The fund is an open end investment company that registered in the British Virgin Islands on January 26, 1998.

Chicago-based Sheridan Investments Inc. manages the fund. The company has been registered as a commodity trading advisor with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission since February 1994.

First Bermuda Financial Services sponsored the fund's listing. The issue is listed under the restricted marketing provisions of the BSX. The shares can only be sold to qualified investors and may not be traded on the BSX in lots with an initial value of less than $100,000.

The listing brings the total number of funds on the BSX to 112.
