The Bermuda firm has placed its own research papers as well as its E-mail newsletter, BerBiz, on the web.

"The insurance professional will find much useful information here on offshore and captive business in Bermuda,'' Re Advisory said in making its selection.

Sweden-based Skandia Insurance Company Ltd. won the top award.

This was Re Advisory Services' first annual webbie award competition.
