Gavin C. Wilkinson, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty before Senior Magistrate Will Francis to using offensive words on January 8 on Angle Street.

Gavin C. Wilkinson, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty before Senior Magistrate Will Francis to using offensive words on January 8 on Angle Street.
Prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Police were on patrol on Angle Street when Wilkinson began shouting at the officers.
Despite warnings from the officers, Wilkinson continued to shout and swear at the Police.
Sgt. Taylor said Wilkinson apologised to the officers as he was taken to the Hamilton Police Station, explaining that at the time he was upset over an argument he had with his girlfriend.
Mr. Francis ordered Wilkinson to pay a $150 fine.
