Keyfile, an office software firm based in Nashua, NH., made the announcement yesterday.

"BSL's excellent pedigree and focus on office productivity makes them a strong partner for us. They can integrate our software into other solutions and provide Bermuda clients with a complete document management solution,'' said Mr. Jose Carreiro, vice-president of worldwide sales at Keyfile.

Keyfile is a privately held company established in 1989. Their software is designed to enable users to electronically handle every office document, paper and electronic, by providing a solution for filing, retrieving, sharing distributing and automating work flows and documents.

Keyfile has over 1,200 systems installed worldwide with over 20,000 users and is distributed in over 50 countries in multiple languages.

According to Mr. John McAleavy, a consultant with the new group: "Keyfile integrated document management software will present BSL with a significant competitive advantage in providing the highest quality document management solutions to our clients.'' BSL Holdings, incorporated May 19, 1994, owns all of the issued share capital of BSL and Internet (Bermuda) limited. BSL recently announced it would go public and is currently amid a 631,380 common share offering.
