Christmas 1993 high lights!

They are brightening up the festive season by adorning their homes in lights.And they are certainly putting a glow in the lives of passers-by! Now The Royal Gazette hopes to dazzle readers with some of the more spectacular decorations.

And they are certainly putting a glow in the lives of passers-by! Now The Royal Gazette hopes to dazzle readers with some of the more spectacular decorations.

Mr. Frank Blaylock and his wife, Dorothy, are a shining example.

They have placed lights all around their home in Sandy Lane, Hamilton Parish (right picture).

"There is a manger scene on the porch, and there are lights on the hedges,'' said 58-year-old Mr. Blaylock.

The American, who works at the US Naval Air Station, spent three weekends putting up decorations.

"It's something we really enjoy doing every Christmas,'' he added.

Others were also in equally light-hearted mood as these photographs demonstrate.

The picture below is of a Southampton property, although photographic wizardry has increased the effect.
