When contacted yesterday, a Police spokesman said: "The investigation is nearly complete and the juveniles are likely to be charged very shortly.'' Three 14-year-old boys were arrested in connection with the investigation of the February 19 fire which has been estimated to have cost $1 million worth of damage.

The boys, from Pembroke and Smith's Parish, were interviewed with their parents and later released on bail.

If the case ends up in juvenile court, there are reporting restrictions in place including secrecy regarding names, addresses, and other details that might lead to the identification of the minors.
