Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ordered a man to pay compensation.

Sherritt Hewey, 23, of Crown Hill, Devonshire admitted in Magistrates' Court yesterday to hurling a bottle at the window.

Prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said restaurant owner Aubrey Bascome ordered Hewey to leave the restaurant on December 3 for regularly refusing to pay for food.

Hewey left the restaurant and returned with a bottle that he pitched at the window before running off.

Mr. Francis find Hewey $350 -- $ 269.25 of which was to be paid to the restaurant for compensation.
