The Bermuda Stock Exchange closed down over 12 points yesterday after three sets of share prices fell by 50 cents each.

The three that fell were Bank of Bermuda, Kentucky Fried Chicken and BF&M preferred shares which closed at $29.50, $4.00 and $9.00 respectively. No other stocks changed hands.
The index closed at 1,440.86, down 0.84 percent or 12.23 points on a volume of 13,200 shares worth $178,675.
