And on Sunday night, PLP MPs, senators and election candidates will be sharing the spotlight with some of Bermuda's top models at a Fashion Extravaganza and Dance.

It's all part of a fund-raising effort by the party in aid of its Alaska Hall Building Fund at the Clay House Inn.

Party Leader Mr. Frederick Wade will set the pace for the MPs as they join the professionals to model everything from the classic to the trendy in clothing.

Leading shops from Hamilton will be providing the fashions.

Assisting the male and female politicians as guest models will be Miss Bermuda, Miss Colita Joseph, Miss Tourism, Miss Patrice Hollis and the Rosemarie De Shields Modelling Group.

Entertainment will feature the His & Hers Combination and vocalist Mr. Julian Hall MP. Master of Ceremonies will be Wendell Dill.

Head of the PLP's fund raising committee, Miss Connie Benjamin said: "This is a night out not to be missed. It is open to the general public, starting at 7.30 p.m.''
