Environment Minister Arthur Hodgson said the selection included one-page documents, video tapes, extensive scholarly documents and overseas submissions.
"There is a lot of material to decipher, but I'm hopeful that within the next three months we will have it ciphered through,'' said Mr. Hodgson.
"The most delightful thing from my point of view is the number of scholarly documents that we received.'' And he said he was hopeful the Green Paper would be published within the next three months.
