Minister to take CURE regulations on the road

the public and explain the newly proposed regulations for the Commission for Unity and Racial Equality (CURE) at a series of open meetings in the next few weeks.
Last night Mr. Lister last night said the meetings would span five to six weeks and will rotate around the Island.
The first meeting will take place at St. James Church in Somerset on April 11 at 7.30 p.m.
The CURE regulations have sparked off a wave of controversy, with businesses claiming there had not been enough public consultation before the guidelines were steered through the House of Assembly. The Senate subsequently rejected the guidelines last month.
