Butterfield Bank saw a downturn in fortunes as their share price fell five cents (0.2 percent) to close at $20.95 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

They traded 24,483 shares, with KeyTech Ltd. the only other company to experience any activity as 206 shares changed hands.

As a whole th Index finished down 7.99 points (0.15 percent) at 5,237.45, with 24,689 shares worth $515,907.45 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, rose 1.60 percent to close up at 1,210.70.
