Tara Kessaram, BSc. MBBS, recently received the degrees of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with distinction from University College London's medical faculty.

In addition, Dr. Kessaram, of Devonshire, was awarded the Robert and Diana Dick Prize for the best overall performance by an overseas student.

In her 4th year, Tara was a recipient of the 2nd Hart, Dawkins, Shelly and Sarkany Prize for Paediatrics, General Practice and Dermatology.

Dr. Kessaram is currently undergoing two years of foundation training in the UK.
