A Paget man who originally denied using offensive words received a conditional discharge yesterday in Magistrates' Court.

Harry Sean Tucker, 19, of Lagoon Drive, was arrested at St. George's Harbour on August 3.

He allegedly said: "You f*****g p****s can't get me. You guys f*****g suck".

Tucker appeared in court yesterday afternoon and changed his plea to guilty. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and 50 hours of community service.
