Air passengers are reminded that this Sunday the clocks go back in the UK.

Those scheduled to fly on British Airways' flight BA2232 should be aware that the flight will depart from Bermuda at the later time of 9.05 p.m. Passengers can check in at 6.30 p.m. with arrival at London Gatwick at 6.35 a.m.

Similarly, flight BA 2233 will depart London at the earlier time of 2.25 p.m., arriving in Bermuda at 7.15 p.m.

British Airways' manager on the Island, Marianne Wilcox, said: "We would like to remind passengers that airline schedules are affected each year by the difference in daylight savings time changes in the UK and Bermuda.

"This will be the last week operating on the daily summer schedule. From October 29 until the end of March there will be five flights a week operating every day except Monday and Friday."
