Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited has been granted a further extension for filing its audited financial statements relating to 2005/2006.

The Bermuda Stock Exchange has now given the bank until August 31 for the filing of the company's annual audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2006.

The bank has advised the Exchange that it expects to be able to release its annual audited accounts ahead of August 31.
