Mr. K. H. Randolph Horton who was elected to Parliament in the General Election of November 9th, 1998, can be rightly described as a fiercely dedicated, passionate, fiery and forceful individual. In sports, education, tourism promotion and in political circles, his name is also synonymous with achievement. Minster Horton has served in various positions in Cabinet and is now charged with the responsibility of tacking the important issues of education in the newly formed Ministry of Education, Sport, and Recreation.
