AN open letter to Premier The Hon. Dr. Ewart Frederick Brown, JP, MP:Firstly: Regarding your recent promotion, congratulations! We, the expectant majority, wish you success in your efforts to govern equitably, compassionately and with utmost honesty.

Secondly: With reference to policy changes, may the source of your anticipated actions be from a wellspring of pensive considerations, democratically vetted through appropriate and fully transparent consultations. Furthermore, may you execute these political decisions, in a just manner and with due restraint.

Thirdly, and in conclusion: Kindly allow the spiritually uplifting twin beams of altruism and decency to continue emanating from within the prism of our Atlantic gem, reflecting favourably, among those individuals and countries beyond our shores — yet essential to the growth of our economy and the pristine revelations of our illuminated collective destinies.
